@Haley... The trick is to buy the good watercolors and not use a whole lot of water. The iridescent ones are very concentrated, but most other cake watercolors are too lame for me. I buy the more expensive ones that come in tubes like oils and acrylics do.

@Claire... Most of the time, the colors scan pretty true to life, so all I have to do is adjust the size and resolution before uploading. Every now and again, the scans are crap, so I have to try adjusting the colors using Photoshop. Mostly, that happens when I use the fluorescent paints. Fluorescent paints do NOT scan well at all.

You have probably said this before, but how are you uploading your images and still keeping the vibrancy?

Claire's last blog post... <a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/ZfJQ/~3/343951716/frickin-evil-captors-revealed.html" rel="nofollow">Frickin Evil captors revealed!</a>

My problem with most watercolors is they're too pastel for my taste. I love the vibrant colors on that piece. You've opened my eyes to the possibilities. :)

We're just getting rain. Lots and lots and lots of rain. I'm glad I live uphill from the river (Hudson).
