This is the second of the tempera paintings I did.  There’s a lot of texture in this one, which I think was achieved by using plastic wrap to dab some of the paint onto the paper.
And forensic scientists would definitely be able to life my fingerprints from this one.

I love painting with watercolors.  They’re just so darn much fun.  They have a mind of their own, I think.  They just go where they want to go on the paper most of the time.  To get these amazingly vibrant colors, I use highly concentrated iridescent paints.
