Yes, I've heard that about Ireland. In fact, the last time one of my friends visited, he arrived during a drought. It hadn't rained in a week. And it didn't rain until his last day there. You probably would find it a bit cold over here, too. Our climate is generally just cool and damp. But when we get bright dry days, they're fabulous. Oh, and because of the rain?
