Stairway to Heaven

This is one of the first encaustic pieces I created.  In fact, it’s probably the first one where I said, “Wow!  I like that!” and didn’t toss in the trash bin.

Over the past view days, I’ve been pulling out all the pieces I have framed and hanging them on the walls in the hallway.  Oh yeah, I have a gallery in my house now.  I think I’m going to be listing some of them (most of them? all of them?) on Etsy.  It really helps to see exactly how much artwork I have here.

People, you need to buy this stuff from me!  I can’t make new art if I don’t have any place to put it!  And remember… the holidays are about to hit us all over our heads.  I was at Target yesterday, and they’ve already got an aisle of Christmas cards set up.  A long aisle…
