This is an earthy painting that reminds me of March. There’s the browns of the earth, the green of the newly budding plants and the blueish gray of ever-present snow. To me, this is March in Chicago… where I grew up.

Here’s a bitty painting that says Happy Valentines Day. Sure, there aren’t any actual hearts on it… but the reds and pinks are all so lovely.

To my eyes, this is one weird color combination.  The greens and blues look nice together, and either the green or the blue would look really happy with the red.  But when you toss all three of them together, things get all funky.  Not in a bad way, mind you.
