Mandala 8-07

Mandala 8-07Trumpets!  Well, without the valves and the twistiness.  Or maybe foxgloves.  (Did you know foxgloves are considered a weed?)  Or maybe it’s some kind of hoop skirt?

Or bells.  I know it’s a circle, but now I’m thinking some fabulous windchimes to hang outside my studio window.  It will have to be the studio in the new house, as there’s no place to hang windchimes on this building.

Mandala 8-06

Mandala 8-06This one is a cross between a spider web and a supernova.  (And that ought to create a bit of cognitive dissonance, don’t you think?)  Or maybe it’s a nuclear-powered sea creature from another planet?

Ok, maybe it’s just pretty.

Mandala 8-05

Mandala 8-05This one has fire and ice.  It also brings to mind Native American medicine wheels, because don’t those spikes that form the inner circle look like feathers?

I may turn this one into a greeting card on Zazzle.  Since I managed to save them all at a high enough resolution, I can send any of them to Zazzle to create products.  So if there’s one you particularly like, let me know what sort of Zazzle item you’d like to see it on.

Mandala 8-04

Mandala 8-04This one kind of makes me think of Terry Prachett’s DiscWorld… not that this looks anything at all like his Discworld.  It just makes me think about it.  And it looks even less like Larry Niven’s Ringworld, and I think of that, too.

I’m such a nerd!
