This is set of 6″ x 6″ acrylic paintings. Two matched paintings are called a diptych. If you’ve got three of them, it’s called a triptych. (I’ve done some triptyches in the small ACEO size.) I’ve got some 24″ x 30″ canvases here that I’d like to use for another diptych… but I don’t have a table big enough to lay them out side by side!
Well, now. Maybe I need to shop for new furniture? Though I’d be better off just picking up a couple of sawhorses and laying a plank of wood over them! (Except for the small problem that I have no place to put it all. LOL)
